Expedition

In this work, I played with the abstraction of loneliness and introspection through the use of acrylic and charcoal. The figure, alone and cloaked in shadows with subtle hints of color, symbolizes the moments of quiet contemplation that we all experience. The strongly structured texture and the limited color palette create an atmosphere that feels both still and penetrating, making it perfect for a meditative space in any home.
